How to Create a Privacy Policy for Your Shopify Store

To submit your application for both the App & Google Play Stores, you must have a privacy policy on your website. If your business does not already have a privacy policy, you can quickly create one using Shopify's privacy policy generator. This guide will lead you to the steps required to execute this job.

Steps to be followed:

Step 1-Visit the Shopify privacy policy generator. 

Step 2- Scroll down & click the option that says "I'll skip the Shopify trial for now" Just create my policy."

Step 3- Fill up the necessary information & click the “Send me my privacy policy” button.

Step 4- After your privacy policy is ready, you must build a new page on your website & link it to the site's footer.

💡Considerations

In order to submit your application to the Apple and Google Play Stores, you must have a privacy policy displayed on your live website. Please keep in mind that without it, your app will be denied approval.
